How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to ensure fast approval and processing.
Go to Track Order and open your latest order details.
Contact support with your order ID and reason for return.
Pack the item in original packaging with invoice and all accessories.
Our team arranges pickup or provides courier instructions.
After quality check, refund or replacement is processed.
Eligibility Criteria
Returns are accepted for eligible products in original condition.
Item must be unused and in resalable condition.
Invoice and original packaging must be available.
Return request should be raised within 7 days.
Not Eligible for Return
- • Products damaged due to improper usage or installation
- • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice
- • Opened lubricants, oils, and other consumable products
- • Electrical parts with burn marks, cut wires, or physical tampering
- • Custom-order or special procurement items
Refund & Replacement Notes
Replacement is subject to stock availability for the same SKU or a close equivalent.
For prepaid orders, refunds are sent to the original payment source after approval.
For COD orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer after account verification.
If the return is due to a wrong product shipped, pickup and return shipping are covered by us.
